Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Shipping is FREE to the continental USA.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories may incur additional shipping fees.

International Shipping is calculated.  We do not mark up shipping.  The price you pay is the price we pay.

If your purchase is less than $10 before tax, shipping will be by First Class USPS Mail without tracking.  If your purchase is over $10 then shipping will include tracking.


Returns:
To return your product, email support@diycustomrides for the proper return address

To complete your return, we require your order number and platform of purchase.

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange under most circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

We do not accept graphics for return if they were custom made, if masking has been removed, if the backing has been removed of if they have been previously installed.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

Any item that is returned could be subject to a restocking fee unless the product is defective due to manufacturing errors. In such cases, Return Authorization must requested prior to return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item not that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only receive a partial refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there are any issues with your return.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@diycustomrides.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items purchased on sale will be refunded using the sale price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items at no cost if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered for an incorrect vehicle, send us an email at support@diycustomrides.com.  We're happy to exchange for the cost of postage.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your return was due to a manufacturing error or incorrect item sent.
